Materials and Construction:

• Inner Chamber: Made of SUS304 heat-resistant stainless steel.

• Outer Body: Constructed from SS41 steel, anti-rust treated and coated in iron grey.

• Insulation: High-density 100K thermal insulation cotton (six-sided protection).

• Door: American-style single door with high-temp silicone sealant, explosion-proof lock, and rear button design.

Performance & Features:

• Air Circulation: High-temperature resistant motor with multi-wing fan for one-sided horizontal air circulation ensuring uniform heat.

• Shelving: Two adjustable stainless steel or grille-type shelves, 30 kg capacity per shelf.

• Ventilation: Adjustable full-in/full-out damper; can connect to external exhaust.

• Heating Element: Japanese sheathed heater (low radiation, dust-free, 5–10 years lifespan).

• Controller: Korean ternary microcomputer controller with PID + SSR control.
